Personally and I speak from experience a decent mattress is a godsend and replace often -5-8 years imho. When I say decent I mean 500-1500 price range. The Casper ones that come in a box are great :)

I was apprehensive about the CBD. When I was in Austria, I bought a big $8 brownie thinking it had TCH in it. My plan was to gobble it up before the return airplane trip. When I went to eat it in the morning, I found it was CBD and was VERY disappointed. To my surprise, the brownie chilled me out so much it made me a believer. Security at the airport - whatever. Lady sticking her a$s in my face on the plane - whatever. I put my head phones on and chill for many hours. CBD is the real deal (without the best part IMO).
