I was just watching a dr Carl hart on joe rogan who was going into addictions and withdrawal and was touching on how most of the time it’s people overdoing it or being Over prescribed And if you wean off stuff you shouldn’t really get those effects....but then you wonder how much is mental though, it’s all good suppressing stomach cramps or the shits but how do you quell the bombarding thoughts that person would be experiencing? Then a think you would go into dependency just to not get those thoughts😕😟

Big twisting ball with multiple varying factors, everybody is different but I do think too much of anything isn’t good for you, I think that’s when you fall into dependency and not truly dealing with emotions/life.

But then? can we be predispositioned To have a sort of addictive personality?
Everything is basically addiction, people get addicted, and it’s usually on anything that keeps your mind from going tits up haha

Wonder why we don’t talk about money addictions as well? Is that a thing? Lol

I think if it was a strain with a good percentage of Cbd it would even it out I do think the missing key is Cbd it’s a great moderator.
