Tropicanna's in da house! (plus intruders lol)

So, first grow diary for me!
Since it's my "first time", please don't be rough with me
The first two seeds I tried to germinate didn't survive, but this is another story. Day 5/7, I soaked 2 seeds of Tropicanna Poison from Sweet Seeds into the glass shot with bottle water. 12h after, into the wet paper towel and into the plastic bag.
Not more than 3 days after, they were opened (AT LAST!!!) and showing the so loved, lil, candid white root. Putted into jiffies, into the little greenhouse I use for germinating, good wet but not soaked, under sufficient appropriate light (13,5W led lamp 6400K white, PAR 200 circa, 18h light).
Yesterday they sprouted!



Today morning, they were... Fine, I guess - still straight up with the dicotyledons opened, trying to produce the first couple of leaves.
I noticed that the tip of the dicotyledons was starting to become yellow, is this normal? Thought that the licht was too intense, so raised a bit (2cm or so, measured 180 PPFD with the phone app).

But an intruder was hiding in the shadows!

Last time I went to the grow shop (I guess) 4 seeds of +Speed Auto by Sweets Seeds jumped into my bag. Day 5/11 2 of them went soaked, 24 hours later (today morning) into the paper towel and plastic bag. I tought to "fill" the flower tent while training the two Tropicannas - 2 months to train them to make a good scrog (2 of them into a sqmt tent, or eventually I'm prepared to attach the two sqmt tent I have to scrog the plants on a square meter EACH

First off, congratulations on your germination bit of a struggle but you got there.

I'm not sure i understand correctly between your stoned typing and my stoned eyes but here goes :)

Id do both plans m8, flower them out in one half of your 2x1, take cuts before hand and veg those cuts in your 1x1, 4 weeks vegging those cuts fill the other half of the 2x1 flower tent and boom you have a harvest every month, just keep taking cuts or popping seeds every 4 weeks. That's pretty much what I do but on a 2 week rotation.

That's the plan, bro - I don't have ONLY 2 tents, I have more! And yesterday I bought another lamp (AliBb) 320W 6 bars (lil money came in yesterday so I immediately spent some).
I'd REALLY love to put hands on some AC Infinity blower, gotta find some EU reseller...

Anyway UPDATE OF THE DAY: the Tropicannas are still alive and doing great, the color is came back to normal after raising the light - probably tomorrow they will be transplanted into a larger pot.
Speed Auto: no news, seeds still have to open.

Just a lil white spot coming from each seed. Will check again tomorrow. These girls needs to be planted into the large pot from the start...
I wonder what would happen if I put autoflowerings under a 24h light schedule?

Quick update:
- Tropicannas this morning have been transplanted into a real pot they are fine, first real leaves still little but sprouting.
- Speeds still germinating, but roots are still growing. This evening or tomorrow morning will be transplanted into the big pots (25l).

Still have to understand why I can't post images :/

Anyway my germinating problems were:
1) poor to no soaking - expecially older seeds need that;
2) excessive temperature - heatmat was on but the regulator probe was broken, heatmat always turned on provided peaks of over 30°C, seedlings DIE if kept over 30°C for too much;
3) oxygen - the plastic bag have to contain a little air, otherwise seeds will die;
4) contamination - if you leave even small traces of soil into a closed wet plastic bag in a dark place for 2 to 3 days, you can bet molds will germinate and make the seedling suffer, probably killing it.

All these things are clearly written into the guides, but a woodhead like me has to smash his face to the wall to learn

Goto use control panel, top right of screen
Then next to overview drop down menu
then to gallery, create sub album, create a new album label what ever grow yr doing hit enter
then click on new that folder name then should see upload image to that folder
