whats best to use to start a coco grow? How would i go about it do i feed water or 1/4 strength nutes to the sprout? Sorry for asking sill questions lol

 if you look at either mine or @Point 5 diary's you will see out feeding routine with nute details mate. we feed until we get some run off, directly on to the coco.
