Help or advice on Tincture’s

Hello y’all I’ve started my research on how to make Tinctures and would love some help or advice. I am GF ( Glute Free ) and want to see how y’all have made yours! What kind of alcohol or other ingredients have you used? Thanks y’all

I make mine with VG fluid which i think can hold around half the goodies from weed plant that alcohol does so basically you take twice as much.

I first decarb the dry bud for about half hour in oven @ 125c.

Sling it in a jar and cover with vg fluid.

Add it to my slow cooker sitting the jar on top of a tea towel and stirring lots first 24 hours.

2nd day i top up the jar to more or less full with vg fluid and carry on stirring as much as possible.

It`s cooked up over 3 days in total with a few hot and cold periods during that time, i think correct word for that is winterizing, but i maybe wrong their so no quoting me. Then i just siv it filter it and use it. :)
