EPC inspection - what to expect?

Hello boys and girls. Long time no speak! Hope you are all well?

I have a bit of a situation…just received an email that Energy Performance Certification must be renewed on my property.
My tent is as per usual in the loft…
Any advice to what to expect? Never had such inspection before so need to know if they will need access to the loft?
