As per the title, if you could only grow 1 strain... what would it be and why?

I don't think I could answer that if I tried I love trying out strains too much variety is the key to life lol I have a 6 strain grow on the go just now.

I'd have to say Blueberry. Easy to grow, nice high and a morish taste.

Oaxacan gold, it was a fun creative high I remember being giggly and wanting to draw or do mechanical stuff like repairing an old lawnmower or snow blower. It's a landrace sativa from the 70's that just really "clicked" for me.

she was the stinkiest thing ive ever encountered man,used to have a connect for the flowers in kempston and after a couple years managed to get a cut,this was around 2008/2009,he knew brightside so was def the real deal,had a much danker rich afghani sweet berry tone under that cheesy funk than most you see,she went a little purple towards the end and always seemed to have 2 or 3 seeds in a couple ounces,i'm convinced most peeps havent smoked let alone grown the actual real one and mostly been passed the 'back to cheese' brightside made or just plain s1's...which are probably where the g cut and suicide cheese come from and that big budda bullshit,not that im saying you havent had the real deal Mr N just pointing out how special that first one was,nothing like any of the ones you see nowadays...i ran her for a while but carbon filters were no match,know peeps that got knicked growing her,wow she was really something!
