More like a load of Charlatans spinning a good yarn and others jumping on back of that spun yarn down the centuries and spinning it into and even longer much bigger yarn. Give me a good Robin Hood yarn any day week over that bible bollox type yarns. I do like the idea/thought of Jeezuz getting bladdered whilst knocking back loadsa red wine and smoking weed with his mukka`s down local whilst chatting shit and thinking of next big yarn to stretch out even longer.
Sacred oil has a catchy vibe to it as well, maybe churches should take a stand and get some made, bottled up and sold on e-bay i recon theirs a niche in market for that stuff.
I have never believed in the bible myself. Religion causes too much hurt and war in my opinion.
I still think it's an interesting subject to talk about though.
The Hindus and Bussists have Cannabis in their history which is much less hidden than the western stories.
The way I see it is writing on a piece of paper was the only way they had (apart from some paint on a rock made of berries and all sorts) of recording what happened and their imagination would have had its role to play.
Now we have video etc..... photos etc..... so imagine what it will be like in another 10000 years. That's if humans make it that far
