What does this actually do and has anyone ever used it?
I click on people's profile to see their diaries usually (it's last visited/ most posts for most) and keep seeing it and want to make everyone my foe for a laugh but also don't know if it'll actually do anything and I don't wanna fuck around and upset someone.

I've never used it myself. Foe will hide that persons posts from you. Friend will not do much except show you who's online from your friends list.
