DIY Build using Invisible Sun Components

Has anyone here put together a light using Invisible Sun parts?
I would like to build a light that is able to flower a 2 foot (60cm) by 4 foot (120cm) tent.
I just need to know what components to use.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Tommy. I would say for that space use two 150w QBs or have a look at the new strip type lights.
I use Meanwell drivers and Samsung boards and I've had no problems in 18 months.
I've noticed a few good deals on the older board style lights now. It maybe cheaper buying a readymade.

I won one of the lights and I really like it. I need another because with summer coming and using my HPS my groom is already hitting 90 degrees Fahrenheit.

I'm not sure about the code mate. I think someone was asking @Point 5 the other day.
I prefer the spread and versatility of smaller lights than one big board.
You see all the new designs are using bar's to spread the light.
That's always been a problem with board type lights.
I use two 240w QBs in an 80cm tent.
They are turned down to about 190w each and I aim for 65000 to 70000 lux
across the canopy in flower..

Yup I've built all my lights DIY using invis parts, built them stripped them back and tried new designs etc and im about to do it again. So far ive done it with the 150 QB's and the R strips and I'm about to strip ny lights back to components again and rebuild them using QBs and R strips in one light easy peasy. Josh has done some tinkering with em too and got some good designs. If you can wire a plug you wont have a problem, give us a shout if you need any help

But I don't know how to pick out the correct driver.
Could you give me a rundown on the math that you use to decide which driver will work?

Third question:
What all do I need?
The ISH150's, The driver, and some wire. Anything else? Do I need a dimmer switch?

For two 150's, this driver right here will work great. Keep in mind that it will be maxed out though if you run your lights full blast, good rule of thumb to not max out the drivers so they last longer. If you want to get a bigger driver so you can add more lights later, I'd go with an HLG-320H-C2100A. I would go this route if I were you bigger drivers don't have to work as hard and will run way cooler, depending on what they're powering of course

I've built many lights using invisi sun and ebay boards, it's very straight forward and you'll pick up on it quick

and one HLG-320H-C2100A
and some wire. Is that all I need?
