Q10 enzyme and nuts (edible ones in a packet)

Post by Guest »

:bye: Hey people,

Here's one for you. While reading 📚 away. I had a brain 🧠 wave.

Q10 enzyme or Ubiquinone10 an isoprenylated benzoquinone, can be known as an electron carrier in aerobic respiration in plants.

Where do you find this:
  • Organ Meats: kidney and liver etc
  • Muscle meat
  • Fatty Fish
  • Spinach Cauliflowers and Broccoli
  • Orange and Strawberries
  • Soya beans, lentils and peanuts
  • Sesame seed and pistachios
I am due to make an FPJ, fermented plant juice to feed my plants. I was going to put some of my cover crops in that need a bit of controlling, then also banana skin and nuts.

Now I know a second reason for using nuts.

Maybe I'm just nuts 🤪 🤷 🙃

Happy growing Growmies.
