I also heard that the elderly are getting ripped off by people who offer to get them shopping, take the money and don't return. Bastards.

I went to 3 yesterday. Same thing. Bare shelves for the things I need. This is worse than the sugar shortage of the 70s - for those old enough to remember it.

Makes my blood boil....fekkin bastards taking advantage of the elderly. I dont know how they live with themselves. Ive got fek all and cant stock up on anything but im just gonna take it one day at a time.
Ive got a food bank voucher and that will have to do but i couldnt rip off anyone, let alone the old or vunerable.
As long as ive got food for Molly dog and can make a cuppa, im alright.
Hope everyone is ready in case we go on complete lockdown.... be careful and stay healthy people.

Have u tried any side shops rather than the large supermarkets ? Our side shops seem to be nearly fully stocked except for the famous loo roll

I feel the same Glynne the fb posts I’m seeing of ppl hoarding food is unreal , done my normal shop last week and due to go on weekend lol looking doubtful of actually getting anything tbh that’s the only thing I’m worrying about is cat food the thought of not having food for him is doing me in

Cat litter was another thing that was hard to get. HB still don't have any. I normally go to B&M as it's 30p cheaper for the same weight/type that we use. They have some in today, so stocked up as per usual.
