You're inside a tent that is pretty well sealed. It is the space around the outyside of the tent you also need to keep warm or you may be pissing in the wind. I think it would come down to a few factors, like price range and power useage.
If you can afford then I would try one of the IR heaters.
But before hand I would splash out on more insulation. I laid my tin shed pout with the aluminium bubble wrap type insulation called YBS but that set me out around 80 quid or could have been more, in a 12m space.
I then also used some under floor 6mm thick boarding, this black stuff whcih also made it more noise proof.
