I was really pissed off by it. I hadn't had a meal in days and was given £10 for doing shopping for someone, so thought I'd treat myself as I was starving. When she said how much it was, I thought she'd put me down for a bacon one or had the wrong order. The first person didn't know, but when I asked again at the second window, she said it was because I had a milkshake and that comes with the added sugar tax. That's the last milkshake I'm having.

A friend of mine had a similar issue with KFC and pepsi or something

i get sugar tax works at discouraging you from sugary drinks if itll be your last tho mate.... who really wins?

I drink diet coke, so wouldn't notice the change. It's the first time I've been charged over £5 for a Big Mac meal.
