Hahaha I fell out with one on the phone other day. I told them I don't need a licence .... Said cool for 2 years. Letter in after 6 months demanding I tell them if I do or not. Called up, didn't loose it but was stern. Dame on the other end says even she has to jump through hoops and she works there! They can come to the door itlf they like but my dogs a bit large 
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.
