Look at the Mars TS range their ts1000 (150watt true power draw) is a full on quantum board made with decent parts too, lots of very good cheapo led coming from China at knockdown prices nowadays. The Philizon Cree cob range are also top draw made with best led cob around as well, their 3000 is really a 600watter power draw and has full light spec right from infa red to uv, that baby will grow you some top buddage, i know a guy who`s smashing it with those on another forum. But yes any of those, basically look for a decent quantum board iff possible made with Samsung smd chips or look for Cree cobs, both are top lighting in weed growing game. That said you can`t beat buying British made if you have money, cus your not only a top spec light but great customer service and guarentee`s that will hold up if shit goes wrong unlike the Chinese stuff their workmanship lets those guys down a bit i personally think at times @slimsantana . Check out raverforlife on ebay that guy sells some top draw led at knockdown prices the bava type look top of the shop as well as does his RX range, but the Bava 240watter uses latest Samsung chips and meaningwell driver and Osram too, it is full spec from uv to infa red and dimmable all for under £200
