i was doing some research on growing big plants, and looking up my hero, Heath Robinsons previous tree grows.
i thought i was doing well going for a kilo, but hes already trounced it - and holy shyte, im an amateur. in comparison....

he did a 76 ouncer with 1500 watts, thats 2.4 kilos in old money. iirc it was cheisel cut
and a 50 odd ouncer on 900 watts., about 1.5kg..........

both of these were using flip flop lighting tho....

you would get more from a scrog to be honest, if maximising your space is what you're after

6-8 weeks, but will all depend on how they look, they will be flipped when they are ready.
these are normal plants at 4 weeks, but at this stage they really start motoring,
