I'm usually making my own sourdough bread. This weekend I made a heavy rye only, pumpernickel style bread (only chopped rye, malted rye and sourdough starter). But my most common bread is a mostly white loaf with some wholemeal and some rye in it - only flour, water, salt goes into the process and when it comes out of the oven on Sunday morning it's hard not to eat the entire loaf!

Tell a lie, I did stop, but that was cause some bloke pulled out on me at a roundabout, then proceeded to call me a wanker as I overtook him. No reason at all. ( I am a bit of a wanker at times though... well, most of the time... Yup, all the time)
He was too scared to get out his car and back his mouth and hand gestures up though when I stopped him at the next roundabout.
