I've tried them in the past, too. They help a bit, but still takes an age to fall asleep. I may get 2 hours unbroken sleep with them.

It's funny you say that red bull made you sleep.. I seem to have a similar effect with coffee. The stronger the coffee the more sleepy I get, chills me right out. It bloody odd.. Also, I find it difficult to sleep at night however whe the sun's out and there is noise I can nod of easy as anything. Cbd never helped with sleep only helps me concentrate when there are other things going o vthat might distract me.

hey aspie ,, im in the same boat buddy , dont sleep ,, takes 2-3 hours before i can fall asleep at night and like you im waking every hour or so so never get a good rest .
ive tryed everything under the moon to help with sleep ,, cbd did not help at all , ediable worked once to really knock me out ,, and been on handfulls of differnt meds and nothing works ..
only relife i get these days is ive got new meds to stop restless leg syndrome so i can atleast lay awake and be still lol

Okay I've neen trying cbd for 3 days in a row and see zero effect ..nothing . Coffee, redbull does make me sleepy too. Stronger the coffee just gives me headache but sleepy again
