I used to be a plane spotter, and you'd often hear over the Tannoy "Would unaccompanied miners please come to the information desk." or similar.
For years I would think "What's so important about bloody miners. What makes them so important over other trades?"
Then I realised they said unaccompanied minors, not miners.
I felt such a twat.
