My chips get smothered in mayo while they're still warm. Garlic mayo is best but plain old boring mayo works just as good.
Gotta be crispy, triple cooked kinda style, mayo and a grinding of sea salt on them.
I'll fight ANY seagull who wants to try and steal them from me.
Katsu curry sauce is also good on chips (and fish fingers).

Salt & vinegar on proper chips and i do barbecue sauce mixed in with mayo dunking thing with fries.

If you have sausage you need a dollop of Dijon mustard with t he HP.
