Re: Rik's Garlic Bug Spray
Cheers Rik getting a batch going know. I wonder if it will work as a cat repellent too.

Re: Rik's Garlic Bug Spray
Yeah, chillies are great to use.
They are a good companion plant to use because of this. Some steer well clear of a chilli plant.
Don't have many around though, doctor banished me from the hot food section

Re: Rik's Garlic Bug Spray
I do add quite a bit of Apple Cider Vinegar too. So kids like lemon. Then bicarbonate of soda to increase alkalinity, she I don't get too much acid build up.....

Re: Rik's Garlic Bug Spray
Georges marvelous medicine comes to mind... wonder if a marigold spray would work on tomatoes, don't like using fairy liquid
Got ideas for a white pepper one to stop the cats from carpet bombing my 4 square meter lawn... its that or involuntary re homing of another persons cat.

Re: Rik's Garlic Bug Spray
I feel your pain @RB1
Neighbours cats are a bloody pain, they come in our garden looking for somewhere to have a dump, I started letting the dogs out on them but then they started sitting on the garage roof winding the dogs up.
Then it moved on to me running down the garden with a saucepan and spoon making loads of noise.
Tbh it seems to have worked though cos now I think about it I haven’t had to do that for a while now.
They are lucky cos I was looking at BB guns.
Cat owners don’t even realise the problems they cause there neighbours.
