Cheap temperature controller?

Hello lads,
Friend of mine is having shit time with Ecotechnics controllers..they keep giving up on him. So he is asking for a cheap option for temperature controller only, so he can plug in his fan heater? What wouls you recommend? His got few choices but again if you now something better?

I've got a Inkbird one and its not let me down. Not much more than the ine above In cost.
