I can't see her wearing that in bed, mate. She is already layered up with clothing. Once she gets cold, it takes forever for her to feel warm again. Something like a waistcoat is small and light enough for her to still feel mobile in bed and to keep her warm.
Ohh , sorry man , stoner fuck up

I wouldn't trust anything with any kind of element in.

You can get microwavable heat packs, my mum has Global Pain Syndrome and uses those a lot. Just places them in her clothing especially where the pain is.

Aspie , have you ever heard of Kratom ?
Its a natural non addictive ground up leaf .
Not all strains of it work for everybody but i found the ones that do for me .

It has natural alkaloids similar to effects of opium but its not addictive .

That saved me last winter after my back gave out , Weed for me doesnt have much pain killing effect but it does allow me to relax .

Also a good anti inflammatory is 1tsp of ginger, turmeric, cinnamon with 1tsp of non pasteurized honey !

I know pain my friend , after failed Back surgeries . Last year in Dec , i sat on a cold cement floor , stood up and a lumbar vertebrae popped out causing yet another herniated disc . I could barely walk for 4 1/2 months . To get up off a lazyboy or chair i needed 2 hockey sticks while yelling in pain ffs , im no pussy either when it comes to pain but using those 3 things saved my fucking ass bud !

I believe the power bank is the same as those portable chargers. Can pick then up off amazon or regatta have this https://www.regatta.com/heated-jacket-b ... AhEALw_wcB

Would love a jacket like that for pottering round garden in winter
Will I need one of these to charge it up?
