Goggles / glasses when checking plants during lights on

Hey guys/gals

I grow with 250w or 400w dual spectrums. I briefly scrolled past an article and someone said the light is bad for your eyes. Is this with LED or both types of lighting? If so what specs/goggles do you guys use when checking in on them? Any links would be appreciated also.

This is very correct the lights can and will damage your eyes especially if you're in your groom for prolonged periods, personally any sort of decent sunglasses should be fine, most of us were lucky when we brought our Invisible sun lights ame with a pair of shades
But I believe as said anyt decent shades should do the trick

Have a look on the arm of the classes.
You want Cat 3 which will be fine.
Think I paid £3 for mine from Lidl.
