Both good tents. I have the budbox 75x75x160 and personally I think its better than green cube. I think the zips and materials are superior imho
Are the poles on the GQ coated better than the Budbox? That's where I'm seeing quality issues at the moment. Any exposure to water and it will rust due to the damage. I really like the white walls, but if my poles are going to rust quickly, I think the GQ maybe a better investment
I set up a small 60cm Green cube yesterday.
Nice thick paint on the pole's and no scratches
Did you find out if you can get a refund?

Hey wutang,

So I personally don't think there's must difference in the quality. I've not owned budbox but I've seen plenty up and running while I was working in the hydroponics space and I've been running greenqube tents for a while now.

The powder coating on the gq tents is pretty solid. My older one has been in continuous use for over a year and no rust so far.

So if I had to choose, greenqube would be my choice.

The chap I dealt with was away, but one of the team did get back in touch with me yesterday to advise that he's back in today and should be able to replace it or send replacement poles. Funnily I had a GQ delivered but sent it back for a Budbox, I think my fate is pointing me back at a GQ. Main selling point for me was the white lining..but I'd rather have quality poles at the end of the day.

I think I will ask for a refund. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me. It ultimately helps me make a choice :)

Thank you..appreciate the reply. 2 deliveries of bud boxes with rust, I don't think I'm chancing a 3rd..I'm running out of time.

Im shocked by that if im honest. very poor.
Me too. I thought I'd go for the cream of the crop, especially with the white lining. But I can't justify the spend on bars with thin powder coating. Just doesn't feel right. My expectations of them have dropped. I almost began to wonder whether I was being too picky! But from what others have said it should arrive with no marks at all.

mine was perfect and the powder coating seemed fine, so thats what really has shocked me
I just fear opening the damn boxes when they arrive now. Kills your joy, especially when you're excited to use it.

Good news. They've accepted my return! Off I go to find a new GQ120L! Anyone know any competitve retailers that have it in stock? I saw one on Max Hydro for 139 but theyve sold out too!!
