personally if some kid did that to my kid !!! i`d hire a van and a few butty`s we`d drive around after dark looking for the little fuka,then we`d sack him with a spud sack over his head,take the fuka up the tip + then light a fire around him... then he will piss + shit himself to the words if ewe fuk with any child again your gonna burn.that will cure the little fuka sharpish .... other than that threaten the whole family with a boiling in hot oil.
