Turnkey stealth grow system mad science thoughts
Hi all,
Just sitting here watching a TV show and had a mad science moment.
I have seen, and bought a few " stealth " grow cabinets in the past and they are all absolute gash to be honest. The last one was from a company called HG Hydroponics and it was absolutely awful BUT they charge over £650 or this thing or nearer £1000 kitted out! RIP OFF! It leaked light, overheated with a 150w, the thing basically just isnt fit for purpose. Heres a link.
https://www.hg-hydroponics.co.uk/mini-s ... 1664-p.asp
Now, what if as a GR420 community we could each input something and develop a GR420 turnkey system capable of dwc/nft/coco? How hard could it be?
All I can see it would need is....
a light ( possibly an invis panel )
small nft tray for nft or coco or dwc really
Cabinet of some description - maybe a hard plastic style as a prototype like some of the garden ones like a wardrobe.
Cupboard lining - maybe white bathroom wetwall or similar.
PH/EC/Temp/RH/Water level sensors and maybe some sort of controller/wifi module - a bit like this system...
https://www.instructables.com/id/Hydrop ... rol-Syste/
Maybe even an App to control it? I see we have a newish member who seems extremely clued up with programming things.
My thought was, depending on interest etc it could be a source for us to make a few £ on ebay and the store to help pay for forum costs and maybe even fill our own pockets a little? Maybe use it to grow the site and social media pages.
IF cannabis goes legal ( and to a point even if not ) this area of the market is so limited, mostly shit and expensive it could be an idea possibly?
Thoughts.

The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.
