DIY Micro Wilma build?
Hi folks
This ran through my head so I though I'd share as I went
I want a Wilma but only really to veg at, the full system I want is like 100 quid and to order just the tank works out more expensive
So in the mean time and just for little ickle plants I thought I'd try put something together from what I have around the place
So
Under bed storage tub (I think it's about 20l but I will measure it before the end of the build)
2l plant pots
So I've drilled them out and they will sit like so
I've also got a dripper made from this thread
viewtopic.php?f=13&t=1503
That's all I've got for now but tomorrow I will drill more smaller holes and a large hole in the lid for the pumps main pipe and power lead
I will be covering the tank also. I'm thinking a lick of paint then I'll wrap it in black/white sheet to be sure
Thoughts and input welcome

Bosh!
Two rolls of tape and we are most of the way there
Bonus of tape over paint... no dry time

Re: DIY Micro Wilma build?
Alright moving on
Capacity is 25l, could probably fit 30 but 25 leaves a little room an means I can have it at a slight tilt towards the pump
Tank is under 24hr water tight test
