Fecida customer service???

So as some will know I brought two fecida cr600 back in July now I’ve only just gotten around to setting the second one up properly and guess what the bastard doesn’t even work the power control is bent out of shape and there’s no power what so ever to the unit to say I’m not overly happy is an understatement as anyone had any luck with there customers service at all ?

Been in touch with them just mrs b hopefully they sort it if not I’m slagging them off all over the community it’s really not the best way to do business

I will do I don’t know how I didn’t stop it before but I had to pack up due to family issues I was quite happy to be back this has pissed me off big time should just stick with my 600hps lol

@Mrs Beefheart yeah certainly was a crap few months but safer to kill everything and stop over but hopefully this gets sorted soonish
