Technically a biscuit is like a cookie, but baked twice.

Re: March Madness - 2020!
The Old French word bescuit is derived from the Latin words bis (twice) and coquere, coctus (to cook, cooked), and, hence, means "twice-cooked". This is because biscuits were originally cooked in a twofold process: first baked, and then dried out in a slow oven.

First of all you take the cookie that was baked once out on a date, charm it a bit and then smoke a bowl with it. Therefore "Twice Baked"

Unfortunately five minutes later I forgot what I was doing.

Ok I'm not sure what these are but I have a strong desire to crumble some over a bowl of vanilla ice cream.
